Question:
After about ten years of essentially no exercise, I took up triathlon this year. This past summer, I completed the Half-Vineman and Xterra-Keystone.
While I didn't break any records, I felt like I could go farther. So, in 2000 I want to complete an Ironman distance.
Can someone please recommend the Ironman training programs they like?
Right now, I am training for a Jan. 9th marathon, and I figured I would
start ramping up for an Ironman early next year.
I'm from Croatia.I'm almost a total beginner in triathlon, I've been on two sprint triathlons this summer(750m swim, 20
km bike, 5 km run). I would like to ask you if you know some web adresses where I can find a program for a triathlon training? I don't know how much
to ride a bike, run, swim. How do i mix these three so that i get the best results?
Are you training triathlon, if you are willing to share some expirience and triathlon training tehniques with me I would be most greatfull! :-)

There you go, everything you need. In case it's not obvious, you need to
click on the box in the top section that says "The Super Coach Network
Triathlon Training Programs" to go to the page that has the actual workout
schedule.
I still can't get over the fact that this is sitting out there on the
'net, free for the use of anyone looking to do an Ironman! It's an
absolute gold mine. Mike & Nate are really generous to share this with
whoever is lucky enough to find it out there. It isn't necessarily the
end-all, be-all of Ironman training, but for the first-timer looking for a
training plan that will give him or her confidence and get him/her through
that first IM, it's invaluable.

there's numerous training plans here and a good forum too.
